I have had a couple of people email about donating old magazines/books to the book sale. All money raised will go into buying new books for the library.
This is how it will work the books/magazines will be $1.00 each .Each member will be limited to 5 each when they first arrive(please bring change). After supper is finished they can then purchase 5 if any are left , remember we have over 100 members and want everyone to have a chance to find something.
If you would like to email me or bring something at the last minute that would be fine.

Hi Guild Members,
Our closing meeting on June 1st, begins with socializing at 6p.m. and dinner following at 6:30 (see below for details).

If you were unable to attend the guild meeting but would like to purchase a ticket for the dinner in June you may contact Ann O’Brien via email or phone until May 20. They are $15 each and it will be a chicken dinner with salads and desserts.
Don’t forget to wear your favorite HAT. Also Library books and magazines will be sold at the dinner for $1 each.

Workday reminder
Just wanted to remind all our members that Saturday, May 14, 2011 is our last workday until we start up again in September.
We will have a pot luck lunch for anyone wanting to participate. If you would rather bring your own lunch you are more than welcome to do so. We will have our usual draw prizes, lots of socializing and fun. Bring whatever project that you want to work on or a project you would like help with or just come for a visit.
We would also like to have any ideas or suggestions you may have for classes to schedule for the next Guild year. In order to have Teachers or Classes scheduled for the upcoming year the committee has to start planning and scheduling within the next few weeks. Any suggestions are really appreciated no matter what they are.
