Elm City quilt show

Our quilt show is fast approaching, and at our September meeting Gwenda discussed what was needed by each of our members to make this another great quilt show put on by the Elm City Quilt guild.

-quilts, wallhangings, scarves, pin cushions, pillowcases, purses, hats, placemats, basically any project you've completed since our last quilt show. Put your name on the back of your projects with masking tape. Provided at our September meeting was a sheet that should be filled out with the item name, season (if applicable) the pattern name, technique, size (in inches), made by, and quilted by...

-props are also required for our quilt show: chairs, quilt racks, anything season themed would be appreciated.

-the set up will be on the 13th of October and the tear down is on Saturday.

-they are requesting that each member makes 3 dozen cookies or squares, which are to be brought in on October 13th.

-placemats (seasonal) for tables in the kitchen, which will be covered with plastic.

-there will be 6 vendors at the quilt show, 1 yarn shop and 5 quilt shops.
