Our Colour CHOICES

Hi ALL,

A recent observation I have had is that we often quilt with the colours that we wear:

that is we incorporate our favourite colours in the clothes we wear as well as the quilts we make.

 Honest it is evident!

At our last workday, I noticed this again and took some photos to show you-all that this is indeed true.

Have a look for yourself.

March Meeting Photos

Hi Gang,

I was unable to attend the busy meeting of March 2013, but Marj Deveau kindly sent photos of the Show and Tell ...  so I, in turn, will pass them on to you!   These pictures however will have no identifications, that is no captions.

  See you next time!

Box Top Challenge

Elm City Guild had a challenge put forth for our March meeting.

Create a quilted product based on the colours of the front of a box.  Since advertising firms do soooo much research to create their colour schemes, it was felt that we could reuse the themes, and see what comes!

The brave souls spent a good deal of time creating their masterpieces.  What do you think?  Aren't they all amazing?
